aFe Introduces the Takeda axle-back exhaust system for the 2011-2016 Scion tC with the L4-2.5L engine. In testing, this system resulted in gains up to +6 horsepower and +5 lbs. x ft. of torque verified by our in house dyno. This exhaust is constructed from 2-1/4 IN into 2-1/2 IN brushed finish, mandrel-bent, 304 stainless steel tubing that is 100% TIG-welded for increased flow and lowered restrictions. The system also uses a high-flow, polished 304 stainless steel resonator used to absorb high pitch tones producing a performance sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque. To finish off this exhaust system, a massive 4.25 IN x 4.75 IN Oval double wall, angle-cut, 304 stainless steel Takeda laser-etched tip provides an aggressive stylish look. This system uses all factory hanger locations for a hassle-free installation. No modifications necessary.
