Returns Process
- Request a Return Authorization (RMA): Contact our customer support team to receive an RMA number, return instructions, and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
- Prepare Your Return: Print the RMA form and place it inside your return package. Securely attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the package before sending it back.
- Refund or Replacement: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship a replacement within 48 hours, depending on the nature of your return and product availability.
