- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Some special-order or backordered items may require additional processing time. If so, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping
- We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- International orders are usually shipped via UPS, FedEx. USPS, and DHL.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
- Expedited shipping options are available on eligible orders or please contact us directly for more information.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Control Refined is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
