Phase 2 is now offering their tie rods in a combination pack if you choose to upgrade both inner and outer tie rods with offset rack spacers at the same time. Phase 2 Pro outer tie rods for S13/S14 must be used in conjunction with P2M inner tie rods. The pro outer tie rods are constructed from S45C high strength steel alloy and comes with cone spacers to compensate the steering bump steer for lowered vehicles. Phase 2 suspension bearing uses 3-Piece Teflon lined bearing for reliability and comes with a dust boot to keep dirt and grime away. Comes in a thick powder coated blue finish for rust prevention.
Phase 2 upgraded inner tie rods were revised and designed to be stronger than stock. The shaft body thickness is increased to withstand race and drift use where the stock rods tend to break. The inner tie rods also come with steering rack spacers which allow an increase in steering angle.
Phase 2 S45C alloy offset rack spacers for the S13/S14 helps to relocate the inner tie rods forward to reduce steering bind, most often the case with drifting.
