Developed for the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R FK8, the Hybrid Racing Formula Intake combines an enclosed XLPE airbox, dual outside-air feeds, a reusable filter, easy service access, and your choice of 76mm Street or 89mm Race MAF housing.

• Upper factory grille feed plus two lower outside-air inlet tubes

• Works with the factory turbo inlet pipe and factory Honda MAF sensor
• More turbo, induction, and recirculating-valve sound under throttle

MAF Housing Selection

76mm Street: Recommended for most stock and lightly modified FK8s. It can operate on the factory ECU; proper MAF scaling with Hondata FlashPro or an equivalent solution is recommended for best results.

89mm Race: Intended for higher-power builds that need additional MAF sensor range. FlashPro or an equivalent tuning solution with the matching MAF calibration is required.

The system reuses the factory mounting points, intake seal, rubber grommets, MAF sensor, and wiring. Typical installation takes one to two hours with basic hand tools. The included coupler fits the factory turbo inlet and measures approximately 69mm at the connection; verify compatibility with aftermarket turbo inlet pipes.

Important Tuning Note

The 76mm housing can run on the factory ECU, although MAF scaling is recommended. The 89mm housing requires suitable engine-management software and calibration. Vehicle modifications, elevation, weather, and calibration can affect ECU behavior.
