A 3-inch bar-and-plate intercooler and upgraded cold-side tube improve charge-air flow for the 3.5L EcoBoost.

• 3/16-inch 5052 aluminum TIG-welded end tanks
• Dual 2.5-inch billet inlets and 3-inch outlet
• 3.5-inch/3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum cold-side tube with powder coating
• Factory-style billet quick-connect adapter and O-ring seal
• 1/8-inch NPT tube port for a sensor or water-methanol injection
• Condensation breather vent and optional solid drain plug
• Factory mounting locations, stainless-steel clamps and 5-ply couplings
