Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy - Domestic USA and International

All orders are processed within 48 hours and will be shipped either on the same or next day if in stock during the work week (Monday-Friday). If an item is unexpectedly on back order, you will be contacted directly by a CSR representative informing  you on a expected delivery time frame. We will do our best to provide an accurate time frame based on the available information provided by the vendor, however we cannot guarantee a delivery date for items that are out of stock and/or backordered. 

If there is a special request for an item to be processed at a later date or needs to provide comments for the shipping carrier, please email us immediately after placing the order.

All PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS due to UPS and FedEx not delivering to those specific addresses.

All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and/or the restocking fee of 20%.  Signature may be required for certain high value packages. If a high value item is purchased and signature is requested to be taken off, we will not be liable if the item is lost or stolen if carrier claims the item is "delivered".


International Customers:

Delivery dates shown are projected dates offered by the carrier. This does not guarantee that the item will be delivered within the time frame shown. Shipping price shown at checkout is for the cost of shipping only. This price will not include any import duty or taxes that might be required to import the item to the country. Please check with your local government for more information regarding this. 

Will Call / Pick Up

Will Call orders are not allowed.


Shipping & Handling

All packages leaving either our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse are carefully packaged, insulated, and inspected for accuracy.  If you received a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect the package in front of the carrier before signing.  All damage claims will be made with the respective parcel/freight insurance carrier and CSR will ship you the replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and reimbursed. If a replacement item is no longer available, CSR will refund you the item(s) amount.


Shipping Transit Times


Delivery times are specified in business days, Monday to Friday, and begins the day after the shipped date. For example, if a package was shipped on Monday and will take 3 days to arrive, then the delivery day will be Thursday.

Major observed holidays in the United States are not counted as transit days.

Guaranteed services are guaranteed from the date of shipping. Please contact us to check stock or inquire about different shipping options if the items you need are time sensitive.
